Dogo Argentino- How To Train A Dog @ChessMateTv

Video of DOGO Saving Girl's Life www.youtube.com Part 2: Clicker Training (Dogo/Siberian Husky): www.youtube.com Most Adorable Husky Video: www.youtube.com Very basic techniques on Dogo Argentino training. Teaching the Dogo how to sit and lay. The Dogo Argentino is a large breed dog, notable for it's reputation with hunting wild boar. These dogs are very lovable, fun, and protective of its owners. If you chose to own a Dogo, practice introducing it to family members and begin training EARLY. Also, some other things I would suggest is doing different rituals such as rubbing the Dogo as it eats. Practice putting your hand near its food and picking the bowl up and placing it back down at a YOUNG age. This will make the Dogo less territorial with other family members and animals that it may co-exist with in your home. 6. Good job man, I am doing the same things with my Dogo. They are quick learners and eager to please. Positive training methods are the only way to go with a Dogo, they are tough dogs but very sensitive as well.

  8. @Greenghost777777 Hey there! My friend was JUST telling me about Bully Max about a month ago. He has a american bulldog and he looks awesome and muscular. I read some great reviews on it! I think i just might wean him off of Blue Buffalo and try the Bully Max! Thanks for the advice bro! Blue Buffalo is ok; however it gives him gas lol.

  9. You should give Rico "Bully Max" it makes your dogs muscle bigger and stronger I do this to mine I give him one pill a day in his bowl now my dogo has big, strong muscles.

  10. Hey there. I made a video similar to this one;however, I am using a clicker to train the dog. The clicker sometimes calm the dog down by focusing it's attention on the device. Its not for dog to DEPEND on reward from clicker (i.e seeing it and expecting snacks), but to realize that if he does something right, the clicker goes off. It can help with some obedience training and will require some time and effort especially with dogs like the Dogos. Check it out on my channel

  13. training a dogo is fun. mine knows how to play dead... they love to make you proud. the downside is they need constant(twice a day) exercise... this dog is definitely not for couch potatos and a big "NO"to those person who buys dogs because they think its cute.

  14. Thanks! No problem! I'll definitely be uploading another within a week. Dogos, can be big stubborn even as years dwindle along. One way to hel control it is to use the Clicker. I'll demonstrate how it captures their attention through positive association in the next video. I hope you will enjoy it! And thanks again

  20. Great video and training Chess. Anyone interested in this bloodline can reach out to Cody Montgomery in the Texas area. He can be found on facebook. He and Sophie Desbiens are both friends and breeders of the beautiful "Rico."

  21. Most of your serious breeders reside in Canada. In fact there is a lady named sophie desbiens who has awesome quality Dogo's and responds in a timely manner. Google Sophie Desbiens Dogo Valley. I believe there are also a few breeders in the Houston that you can have shipped to your location as well.
