ReplyDeleteWe have a Pug too and she will "sit" for a treat but that's really all I ever taught her, other than potty training. CaptTaylor must have been spent quite a bit of time teaching Angel these tricks! She's a very smart Pug and she's really cute!

ReplyDeleteHow do you get the dog to make their face hold still long enough to put it on their nose? Mine understands "leave it" as "I dont want that thing anywhere near me because ill get in trouble if i touch it" hmmm.
ReplyDeletestuff this, i can get to the part where he doesnt go for the treat but the problem is he wont look me in the eyes and when i move the treat he looks in the opposite direction..... impossible to put it on his nose
ReplyDeleteThe same thing happens to my wheaten terrier he jumps on the chair and on to the table and eats anything he can find I don't know if it's a puppy stage (my dogs 1) or he's just going to jump on the table until I get him to stop but I really like your video my dog pepper is getting

ReplyDeleteI have a question when my family and I are eating dinner my Newfoundland dog tryed to eat the food because it is a low table so, he thinks he can go and eat it. Even when we say no to. Also when we walk away from the table my dog eats all my food, can you tell me some ways how to fix that? I love your videos. You are like a second cecier Malian. :)

ReplyDeleteMy dog is a Golden Retriever and won't let me put anything on her nose she just growls and takes the treat. -_-
ReplyDeletethat has to be done after these steps, once your dog has that down teach him by guiding his head down and eating it.
