(DCTK9) Aggressive Death Row Rescue!!: NYC Dog Behavioral Training: - training a dog

(DCTK9) Aggressive Death Row Rescue!!: NYC Dog Behavioral Training:

This case takes place in both SI, Staten Island and NY, NYC Manhattan DCTK9.com Here I work with an aggressive death row rescue with behavioral problems. This dog was aggressive toward both dogs, people and prey like moving distractions My goal is to help get this dog adopted after being remolded and rehabilitated. I also strive to show the importance of the walk, and providing structure for dogs in general. I used a prong collar @ many times with this dog. NYC, NY, Manhattan, Staten Island

  4. HAha i dnt blame u! Tnks 4 the compliment. It was tough finding the right owner 4 Scooby and Lauren Sessa n her rescue org ended up doing a great job finding a fam. in Georgia that rescues n wrks with pit bulls. W them he has been able 2 continue 2 make the progress that he was making while with me, n go even further. They still have his info out there 2 b adopted, but he currently lives with them and i suggested that they keep him. Not many ppl r able 2 provide what he needs 2 remain stable

  7. start w the fundamentals of learning to approach things calmy instead of taking charge and assessing herself w o asking you or looking for direction. Start w things that trigger the nose and teach her that the only way to get it is to approach calmly...this way you are controlling 60 percent of the brains function in a calm manner. Never reward excitement until you she knows how to handle it

  8. You obviously do not know Blake nor have ever seen him work w/ a dog. This is about being a leader to your dog. The dogs who work with him love him and so do their owners. I know a few of his clients and not one of them would ever be okay with any form of abuse for their dogs. Treating your dog like they run the house doesn't do anything but promote aggression and bad behavior. This dog was given structure and guidance. Making him adoptable saved his life.

  9. I really need help with my dog! She is a fantastic dog we got from a rescue home. She doesnt pull on her lead and she is house trained etc. She does does not know how to socialise, she'll over to another dog but if that dog does anything that she does not like she will attack. Good luck with Scooby he looks like a great dog!!! I hope mine can be like that.

  12. you people are so immature. Arguing on YouTube?? Really? Let it go. Live and let live. Nobody honestly cares what anyone else thinks of their practices. Sometimes you have to treat a dog like its a pack member. Packs of dogs fight each other and sometimes kill for gods sake. It's not like these people are stabbing them. Geeze man. Chill, people. So as long as the dog is alive unharmed and learns a lesson, then the methods were a success.

  13. , what I suggest you do is give away your dog. And let someone who doesn't follow Millan's abusive practices give that poor animal a good life.

  14. lol wut r u talking about..man o man do u have serious underlying issues...u shouldnt own any pet acting like that..not even a gigapet or tamogochi

  15. @HKBaller27, your abusive practices are independent of anything else you might do. Abusers are also well know for their affection when things are going as they want. Get help, you violent tendencies may get you in trouble with the law.

  16. riiight...having my dog out walking 2-3 hrs a day on top of an hr at the park or dog beach on a regular basis is pure abuse...i must have a deluded mind..whats your deal..your as clueless and crazy as they get..please seek help

  17. @HKBaller27, you do use violence. And you advocate the use of violence. But like many abusers, you don't see your actions being violent... in your deluded mind you are helping the dog.

  18. your a fool to think that i would ever use violence or intimidation on my dog. You have a bit to learn. Stop making things up. ITs extremely childish

  19. @HKBaller27, you think the dogs recoiling from your touch is love... I pity your dog buddy. It's the stupidest claim that people like you make. How can you so totally fucked up in your thinking that you are unable to see that there is overwhelming evidence to stop what you are doing and change your ways to a much better approach. An approach not based on violence and intimidation.

  22. @HKBaller27, that's not evidence fool. It's an edited video that shows Blake resorting to force... which means it is evidence... for what I've written.
