ReplyDeleteSome people believe that they are one of the smartest breeds in the world. Good for you for doing your research before hand so you will be armed with knowledge when you do bring your puppy home.
ReplyDeleteDon't give up! Keep working with him in several short sessions everyday. All members of your family need to all work with him as well. He need to know that the training is not just to be used for 1 member of the family.
ReplyDeleteNo, please do not use a shock collar. 8weeks is very young. You just need to keep working with her. Be persistent and consistent. Also every member of your family need to be on board. All of you need to work with her in short (less than 5min min) sessions everyday.

ReplyDeleteYeah right! I have a 8 week old cane corso and she just thinks is a game and bites harder! i have tried everything! should i do the shock collar??
ReplyDeleteI have a 16 week old pit bull. we just rescued him. he is doing well with the ouch technique. if he isnt reponding to ouch, then say ouch a walk away for 10 seconds. after that go back to playing with him. repeat. lol. it is long process and alot of work, but you can do!

And she is really teething we will give her a chew toy to replace the object and say ouch really loud
But some times she won't stop what should I do

ReplyDeleteyea we dont really use it anymorer our train gave us coke cans with coins in it and when u shake it it scares him and calms him down
